Clayton Utz has appointed Angus Foley as a director of project finance in the firm's banking team in Sydney.

 
 

Foley joins Clayton Utz from Credit Agricole CIB Australia where he spent the last three years as director of natural resources, infrastructure and power.

He brings significant legal and industry experience to the firm, including eight years practising as a lawyer before beginning a career in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston.

In 2002, Foley joined CBA where he held various positions including head of social and corporate infrastructure and head of infrastructure clients.
