Sarah Hutchinson and Karen Brown have been appointed as associates in Carter Newell's litigation and dispute resolution team and commercial property team, respectively.

Hutchinson joins Carter Newell from DibbsBarker while Brown joins the firm from HopgoodGanim.

Working in DibbsBarker's Sydney commercial litigation team, Hutchinson acted primarily for corporate clients and insolvency practitioners in large commercial disputes and insolvency litigation.

Brown previously worked in HopgoodGanim's commercial property team and has extensive experience advising on sales and acquisitions of commercial properties including hotels, retail shopping centres, industrial properties and office buildings.
