Hynes Lawyers has promoted a senior associate to partner in its corporate team.

Warwick Walsh began working for Hynes in August 2009, dealing primarily in corporate transactional work including M&A, takeovers and public capital raisings for both public and private clients in Australia and the UK.

Walsh previously worked at a top-tier firm in Sydney and then moved to London for a number of years and worked at both a magic circle firm and a UK mid-tier firm.

He also advises companies on general corporate and commercial matters, including restructures, joint ventures and commercial agreements.
