Swaab Attorneys has hired former Clayton Utz special counsel Tim Hemingway as a partner in its corporate and commercial group.

 
 

Hemingway's practice focuses on IT and intellectual property, logistics and transport, corporate advisory and M&A. He has had both private practice and in-house experience having undertaken secondments at Clutz.

Hemingway has acted for the government and large corporations in the banking, manufacturing, media, telecommunications and retail sector.

Swaab corporate and commercial partner Matthew Hall said Hemingway brings "a new skill set to the team in regards to his experience and knowledge in transport and logistics".
