Freehills senior associate Vittorio Casamento has joined Clayton Utz in the Sydney office.

Casamento, a banking and finance specialist, has also worked in the structured and asset finance team of Magic Circle firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.

Casamento will bring experience to Clutz's banking and finance team, having acted for leading domestic and international financial institutions as well as ASX-listed corporate entities.

He will focus on advice to clients in relation to derivatives, structured finance and corporate finance transactions.
