Mark Rowbotham, Paul Rojas and Gavin McInnes will join managing partners Hamish Carlyle, Greg Rostron, Michael Kemp and Shan Auliff on the executive team at Rostron Carlyle.
A former senior associate at the firm, Rowbotham will partner with Kemp to head up the personal injury division of the office.
Rojas, also a former senior associate of the firm, joins Rostron in managing the firm’s litigation team. He has been with the firm for five years practising mainly in litigation and dispute resolution.
McInnes will ascend from his senior associate position to become the firm’s corporate, commercial and property partner alongside founding partner Hamish Carlyle. McInnes specialises in M&A and disposals, corporate reconstructions, franchising and leasing.
Founding partner Rostron said that the new partnerships represented an important step in the growth and progression of the firm, which opened in 2001 and now has a professional team of more than 70 staff.
