DibbsBarker hires former Coles Myer counsel
McCullough Robertson partner Mark Foy has joined the partnership of DibbsBarker in its property development team.

He brings experience in commercial, retail, industrial and residential property advice obtained over many years working as a lawyer in private practice and as an in-house counsel for Coles Myer.

Prior to McCullough Robertson and his stint in-house, Foy spent 10 years with Clayton Utz in Brisbane working in the property transactions and development area.
DibbsBarker property industry group leader Matthew Rollason said Foy’s experience offered a “fresh perspective to the challenges currently facing the property industry”.
