In this episode of The Protégé Podcast, host Jerome Doraisamy speaks with Brisbane Family Law Centre practice leader Kiarah Kelly, who recently won the family law category at the 30 Under 30 Awards, about what motivated her to enter the legal profession, how she navigates it on a personal level, what it means to have an imperfect path, and why she embraces her imperfections on her vocational journey.

Ms Kelly also discusses how and why younger lawyers are more attuned to the notion of embracing one’s individuality, how she does it (practically) on a day-to-day level, how others can look to move towards leaning into their uniqueness, why it will benefit clients, and how best employers in law can support and encourage such individuality.
