Effective 1 October, the mid-tier law firm said that the partners had been appointed to its board.

The duo replaced seats vacated by DibbsBarker partners Bill Burrough and Matthew Rollason whose terms on the board had concluded.

Ms Wild (pictured left) acts for a range of private sector clients including developers, large listed property trusts, contractors and suppliers, and also advises local and international companies on procurement and alternative delivery models for contracting with government.

Meanwhile, restructuring and insolvency expert Mr Guthrie (pictured right) acts for a range of insolvency practitioners in their roles as receivers, liquidators, administrators and bankruptcy trustees.

Chair of the DibbsBarker board Emma Hodgman thanked the outgoing partners for the contributions, and welcomed Ms Wild and Mr Gutherie to the team.

“I would like to thank both Bill and Matt for their dedication and outstanding contributions as board members,” Ms Hodgman said.

“I also congratulate Jane and Scott on their appointment. They each bring diverse experience and perspectives to the board, and I look forward to working with them as the board continues to drive the firm’s strategy over the next few years.”
