Maddocks Commonwealth government sector leader Simonetta Astolfi said Ms Calvert is an important addition to the Canberra practice.
“Maddocks is a pre-eminent adviser to the Commonwealth government and other clients in the area of probity, process, governance and procurement-structuring, and Katerina will augment our leading team in this area of work,” Ms Astolfi said.
Ms Calvert’s new role is effective this week and comes in addition to recent appointments at Maddocks’ Canberra practice, including partner Pria O’Sullivan and her team from King & Wood Mallesons, and partners Carolin Atkins, Anthoyn Willis and Gavan Mackenzie from DLA Piper.
