Commercial & Legal grows property team

South Australia-headquartered law firm Commercial & Legal has bolstered its property team with the appointment of two new employees.

The firm has welcomed Erin Freebairn and Ashley Mitchell, who join the firm in an associate and conveyancing associate, respectively.

Prior to taking to her new role at Commercial & Legal, Ms Freebairn was employed by Lynch Meyer, while Ms Mitchell was employed by Sunshine Coast’s FC Lawyers.

“Erin has extensive experience on all aspects of residential, retail and commercial property including development and construction,” a statement from Commercial & Legal said.

“Erin’s experience will add to the strength and depth of the firm’s property practice, focusing on the firm’s many projects.

“Relocating from the Sunshine Coast, Ashley brings her experience in file management of property settlements and is positioned well to expand the firms interstate conveyancing offering to clients.”
