ADAM SAUNDERS has moved across from Lander & Rogers to join Sparke Helmore as a senior associate in its Melbourne office.

Joining the workplace relations and safety practice, Saunders specialises in advising in occupational health and safety, energy and resources safety, environment, workplace incidents, coronial inquests, workplace and criminal prosecutions, enforcement notices, employer duties and the deployment of workplace systems and training workshops.

The appointment is part of a concerted effort by the firm to expand its Melbourne practice.
