SYDNEY FIRM Bartier Perry has promoted two of its senior associates to the position of executive lawyers (partner equivalents).

 
 

Peter Cahill is an experienced property lawyer who specialises in advising state government utilities on a wide range of transactions. These include easement acquisition, infrastructure leasing, acquisitions and disposals.

Banking and finance lawyer Sharon Yassa specialises in transactional work in corporate lending and property finance. She acts for banks, finance companies and private lenders.
