Arnold Bloch Leibler confirms midyear promos
Arnold Bloch Leibler has promoted several of its staff to partner, special counsel and senior associate positions, effective 1 July.
ABL has confirmed Damien Cuddihy, from the banking and finance team; Dorian Henneron, from the property and development team; and Rebecca Zwier, from the corporate and M&A team, have been elevated to the partnership.

Bridgid Cowling, from the firm’s public interest team, has been promoted to special counsel.
Meanwhile, the following have been promoted to senior associate roles: John Birrell (litigation), Rob Deev (property and development), Caitlin Edwards (public interest), Jessica Elliott (litigation), Simone Gould (corporate and M&A), Alexandra Harrison-Ichlov (litigation), Andrew Low (property and development), Genevieve Pope (banking and finance), Claire Southwell (competition), and Luise Squire (banking and finance).
“This year’s appointments recognise the consistently excellent service these lawyers have provided to clients throughout their time at Arnold Bloch Leibler,” said ABL senior partner Mark Leibler AC.

Commenting further, ABL managing partner Henry Lanzer AM said that each of the appointees had already made a considerable contribution to the firm.
“These lawyers have owned our point of difference in the market and are making it their own as they advance in their careers. The inter-generational collaboration we encourage as a firm has become a significant aspect of our strength,” he said.
