Ms Carlson has been instrumental in attaining “extraordinary results” in complex Australian Consumer Law disputes, property disputes, defamation matters, contractual disputes, body corporate disputes, employment disputes, and building and construction matters both in Queensland and NSW.

She will bring this experience to the firms’ Coolangatta office, based on the border of Queensland and NSW, and will regularly attend the firms’ other offices.

The firm said that Ms Carlson prides herself on “building a strong rapport with her clients” so that she can “clearly identify need and objectives”.

“She understands the litigation process can be quite overwhelming for many people and always explains the law and her strategy in a clear and simple way, putting her clients at ease, and does her best to ensure they make informed decisions,” it said.

Ms Carlson graduated with a bachelor of laws (with honours) and a bachelor of business from Griffith University in 2012. Later, she went on to complete her practical legal training through the college of law and has since been admitted to the Queensland Supreme Court and to the High Court of Australia.
