In this new role, Mr Boswell will lead Morae’s information technology and security teams and its product and engineering teams. He will enhance the company’s discovery and information management systems and build on its product portfolio.

Mr Boswell has two decades of experience working in legal technology, in technical and project leadership capacities across both business and technical teams. In that role, he focused on helping large firms and corporate legal departments design and implement solutions to improve information governance strategies.
