Perth-based award winning OpenText partner, Hayes Information Systems and Communications (Hayes), has been advised by law firm Addisons on their acquisition by Atturra Limited.

Deal: Addisons has advised Hayes Information Systems and Communications Pty Ltd on its acquisition by ANATAS Pty Ltd, subsidiary of ASX-listed technology business, Atturra Limited.

Key players: The legal team from Addisons was led by managing partner Kieren Parker, who was supported by senior associate Rebecca Dooley and solicitor Max Jamieson.
Deal significance: Hayes has sold their entire issue of share capital to ANATAS.
Hayes is a provider of information management consultancy; digital transformation services and Enterprise Content Management application support services.
Duncan Hayes, Managing Director and the major shareholder of Hayes said that he was “very pleased” with the outcome of the acquisition and commended Addisons’ “exceptional” services.
“They engaged well at all levels, brilliantly responsive, experienced and wildly knowledgeable. Addisons’ communication couldn’t be faulted and we felt supremely confident we were represented in a manner that lives up to our pride in Hayes, our reputation and values, and our decision to be acquired by Atturra,” Mr Hayes said.
Mr Parker congratulated Hayes on their acquisition.
