Illawarra-based firm Kells Lawyers has elevated five of its lawyers to more senior roles, including one to partner and four to associate positions.
Kells Lawyers has internally promoted five of its lawyers, with one joining the partnership and four elevated to associate roles, effective 1 July.
In a statement, the Illawarra-based firm said the latest round of promotions reflects its “ongoing growth, commitment to excellence, and dedication to delivering outstanding legal services to our clients”.
David Addinall (pictured), based in Kells’ Sydney office, has been appointed partner in recognition of his significant contributions to the firm’s commercial litigation practice over the past eight years.
In addition to Addinall’s promotion to the partnership, Kells has also elevated four lawyers to associate positions: Cassandra Bujaroska, Taylah Jensen, Karsandra Mantis, and Brooke Sharp.
Bujaroska, who works across Kells’ Sydney and Wollongong offices, has been promoted to associate in the firm’s family law practice after more than a year with the firm, with the firm noting that she “embodies” the firm’s values.
Her colleague in the firm’s family law practice, Taylah Jensen, has also been promoted. Recognised as a key member of Kells’ Wollongong office, she has been praised for her “results-driven approach”, which the firm said “makes her a standout performer”.
Starting her career as a law clerk, Karsandra Mantis has steadily progressed over seven years with the Illawarra-based firm, becoming a valued and longstanding member of its commercial and corporate law team in Wollongong.
Based in the firm’s Thirroul office, Sharp has been promoted to a more senior role in recognition of her “tremendous impact” within the conveyancing and estate planning team.
Paul Magagnino, managing partner of Kells, congratulated the promoted lawyers on their achievements, emphasising how these milestones reflect their valuable contributions to the firm’s success and embody its core values.
“We are extremely proud of the accomplishments of David, Brooke, Cassandra, Karsandra, and Taylah. Their promotions are a direct reflection of their significant contributions to the success of the firm,” he said.
“Each of them embodies the four core values that we hold dear at Kells – people, innovation, ethics and results – and their hard work and dedication have helped us achieve growth in both the legal services we provide and the communities we serve.”
Magagnino added: “Our success would not be possible without the dedication of talented individuals like them, and we remain committed to expanding our services and continuing to provide excellent legal support to our clients.”
