Adelaide-based firm WRP Legal has celebrated 10 years in practice, a milestone that the co-founding director attributes to “trust, collaboration, and shared values”.
WRP Legal celebrated a major milestone last week, commemorating its 10-year anniversary with an exclusive event at Adelaide’s National Wine Centre.
Founded in 2015 as a small South Australian practice, the firm has grown steadily over the past decade, expanding its footprint nationwide with offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.
Hosted by radio presenter Ali Clarke, the exclusive event brought together WRP Legal’s clients, colleagues, and industry partners to celebrate the firm’s 10-year milestone.
Co-founding director Garry Winter reflected on the milestone as an opportunity to look back on the firm’s growth and the journey that led to its success.
“This milestone is a proud moment for everyone at WRP Legal,” Winter said.
“From our early beginnings as a close-knit team to now advising clients across the country, it has been an incredible journey built on trust, collaboration, and shared values.”
Reflecting on this achievement, fellow co-founding director Marc Romaldi noted that the firm’s growth has been underpinned by its dedication to nurturing relationships and developing the next generation of legal talent.
“Our success comes down to the people, both our clients and our dedicated team. We’ve always believed in doing things differently, in building genuine relationships, and in investing in the next generation of legal talent,” Romaldi said.
Fellow director Dimitris Parhas added: “Our team continues to evolve in step with the changing business landscape, embracing technology, fostering creative thinking, and helping clients navigate complex legal and commercial challenges with confidence.”
As part of its 10-year celebrations, the Adelaide-based firm also recognised its team’s contributions by promoting one senior associate and three associates at the end of July.
