Queensland-based Creevey Horrell Lawyers has strengthened its wills and estates practice with the promotion of one of its solicitors to a senior role.
Joshua Rowe (pictured) has been elevated from solicitor to associate within Creevey Horrell Lawyers’ wills and estates team.
In a statement, the firm said Rowe’s promotion recognises his extensive expertise in wills and estates law, client-first approach, and the significant contribution he has made to the continued growth of the firm’s practice.
Since joining the Queensland-based firm just over a year ago as a solicitor, Rowe has advised individuals and families on a broad range of wills and estate matters.
His practice spans estate planning, probate and estate administration, succession planning, testamentary trusts, and estate disputes, with a focus on providing practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Praising Rowe’s contribution to the firm, Creevey Horrell Lawyers principal Tim Horrell described him as a trusted adviser who consistently demonstrates sound legal judgement and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
“Joshua has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical ability, sound judgement, and genuine care for our clients,” Horrell said.
“His promotion to associate is well deserved, and we look forward to his continued contribution to the firm.”
Reflecting on his promotion, Rowe said he was proud to take the next step in his career with Creevey Horrell Lawyers and looked forward to continuing to guide clients through some of life’s most significant decisions, helping them plan for the future with confidence.
“I’m proud to be appointed as an associate at Creevey Horrell Lawyers and grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting our clients through important life decisions,” Rowe said.
“I look forward to building on the trusted relationships we’ve established and helping clients plan for the future with confidence.”
