Despite rumours the firm would be making redundancies in addition to the current 89, The New Lawyer understands Blake Dawson has just recruited a new partner in Shanghai. 

 

This appointment follows last week’s news that it has a new international partner in Jakarta. 

 

Wadley practised as a lawyer in Brisbane for more than 20 years and in Hong Kong, before transferring to Shanghai in 2001 where he established a business consulting business in 2003. 

 

Th corporate and commercial specialist has also worked in trade contracts and finance, intellectual property, employment law, general compliance and taxation.
