Crawford has worked with Henry Davis York for more than 30 years.

The firm said he has acted for major financial institutions andinsolvency professionals and also gained significant independent recognitionwithin the legal profession in Australia and overseas.
He is described by The Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2009/10) as being aleading individual in restructuring and insolvency and by Expert Guides, theLeading Media Guide to the World’s Leading Lawyers as an expert in restructuring,insolvency and litigation.
Crawford is a recommended individual in dispute resolution, in PLC,Which Lawyer? (2009) and is listed in Chambers Global (2010).
He is a member of INSOL International, the InsolvencyPractitioners Association of Australia and the Banking Law and FinancialServices Association.
Crawford’s practice focuses on security enforcement, insolvencyand bankruptcy, bank-orientated litigation, commercial litigation and otherforms of dispute resolution. He advises banks on banker/customer disputes,frauds and forgeries, and has represented banks and bank officers in statutoryenquiries established by ICAC, ASIC and other government agencies.
