Adelaide-based law firm Kelly & Co has hired a Johnson Winter & Slattery expert to boost its banking and finance team.

Adelaide-based law firm Kelly & Co has hired a Johnson Winter & Slattery expert to boost its banking and finance team.

The firm has hired Martin Lovell as partner. He previously also worked at Linklaters in London in its project finance team, and then-called Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Melbourne.

The new recruit has experience acting for banks, sponsors and borrowers on project finance, property finance, general corporate finance transactions and high profile energy and infrastructure projects.

Kelly & Co.’s chief executive officer, Stuart Price, said Lovell’s experience in “multi-billion dollar projects and financing transactions “ was expertise sought by the firm.
