Olley has more than 19 years’ experience in property law. He joins the firm from Norton Rose Australia, where he has operated a property law practice for more than five years.
Olley has advised on all forms of commercial and government real estate transactions, including the sale, acquisition, development and leasing of substantial commercial, industrial and retail buildings for both landowners and corporate tenants.
He has assisted both state and federal governments in their real estate portfolio management and also has experience with sophisticated and unusual real estate transactions, including air-bridge leasing and sales, wind farms, and sport and entertainment venue developments.
"Culture was the key driver in my move to Lander & Rogers. I believe Lander & Rogers offers the best fit, not only for my practice but for me; providing an opportunity for me to participate in building an even stronger real estate law practice in Sydney," said Olley.
Olley is joined by senior associate Georgina Chan, who has advised on all forms of commercial and government real estate transactions.
