John Hegarty and John Elmgreen have left the commercial practice they founded to join Bartier Perry as executive lawyers, which is a partner-equivalent position at the firm.

“[Hegarty and Elmgreen] have an exceptional understanding of the commercial legal market in Sydney, and extensive experience in successfully servicing that market,” said Bartier Perry chairman David Creais (pictured).

Aaron Cornish is also coming across from Hegarty & Elmgreen to Bartier Perry.
