Colin Biggers & Paisley has nabbed workplace relations and work health & safety (WHS) lawyer Greg McCann from Sparke Helmore.
McCann (pictured) will join CBP as a partner in the firm’s commercial and dispute resolution group, working across the firm’s offices in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Commenting on his appointment, McCann said: “I am most excited to be joining a collaborative, progressive and growing firm with a real emphasis on people, culture and clients.”
CBP’s managing partner Dunstan de Souza said: “Greg’s expertise in [the construction and engineering, building, property development, resources and mining] industries in work health & safety and employment law adds greatly to the services we can offer our clients. Because he has national experience and a skill set which complements our existing strengths, Greg is a very valuable addition to our firm.”
