She has been involved in some of Australia’s largest insolvency matters including Lehman Brothers Australia, Allco Finance Group and Enron Finance Australia.
In London, she acted on market-sensitive matters for numerous banks including the restructure of a US$5 billion debt owed by a Middle Eastern company and advising Her Majesty’s Treasury on the reorganisation of the Bank of Cyprus.
“Her strong insolvency litigation focus and her breadth of experience in restructuring, both on the creditor and debtor sides, make her an ideal addition to the partnership,” said Scott Guthrie, DibbsBarker’s head of dispute resolution and litigation.
Bromley will be based in the firm’s Sydney office.
