Saurajen, based in Sydney, specialises in large-scale IT procurements, outsourcing and transformation projects, software and technology licensing, electronic payment systems and telecommunications.
“Ken is known for his unique ability to design and structure some of Australia’s and the Asia-Pacific region’s most difficult and unorthodox technology transactions,” said John Collins (pictured), the head of the IP and technology group at Clayton Utz.
Saurajen has previously advised high-profile clients such as Nine Entertainment.
He was promoted to partner at G+T in 2010. Prior to that, he was a barrister at University Chambers, Sydney, and an associate at Baker & McKenzie.
