ACT Bar Association names new SC
The ACT Bar Association has appointed a new senior counsel for the state, who brings more than two decades of experience to the Bar.

The president of the ACT Bar Association, Marcus Hassall, has revealed the appointment of Andrew Muller as the newest senior counsel (SC) for the ACT.

Andrew Muller SC practises extensively in civil law, with a focus on personal injury litigation, industrial accidents, medical negligence, CTP, public liability, professional indemnity, estate matters, partnership disputes, property, and corporations law.
He came to the Bar in 2011 after 23 years as a solicitor and managing partner in both Sydney and Canberra at Moray & Agnew. He also served the ACT Bar Council as president from 2020 to 2022 and as immediate past president in 2022 and 2023.
This appointment follows the news of 25 NSW barristers appointed senior counsel in early October and 25 new silks named in Victoria that same month.
