Deal: Quadrant has marked its first investment for the Quadrant Growth Fund 2 by investing in Seertech.
Value: $530 million.

Key players: The Corrs Chambers Westgarth team was led by partner Ricky Casali, supported by lawyer Harry White, partner Eugenia Kolivos, senior associates Chris Bell and Michael Joffe, and associate Alexander Mau.
Deal significance: Seertech delivers learning and compliance management software to enterprise customers globally, in industries including technology, financial services, mining, transport, healthcare, and government, a statement from Corrs explained.
Commenting on the matter further, lead private equity partner Ricky Casali said: “It was great to work with the Quadrant team again and leverage the firm’s expertise to support Quadrant on this investment. Congratulations to Quadrant on making their first investment from Growth Fund 2.”
