Dentons bolsters Brisbane practice
Dentons has further strengthened its team in Brisbane with the addition of a new partner, who joins from national law firm Piper Alderman.
Lyndal Draper joins the firm’s real estate practice in Brisbane, bringing with her over 15 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of property law, including development, sales and acquisitions and leasing.

Ms Draper has prepared, advised on, and worked under various development and joint venture agreements for developers, large institutions, statutory trusts, and private companies. Her development experience includes off-the-plan strata and flat-land developments for residential, mixed-use and commercial applications.
Doug Stipanicev, Dentons’ Australia region chair and Australasia CEO, said: “The growth of our Brisbane office over the course of the last year has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Mr Stipanicev said that Ms Draper was a welcome addition to the team.
This news follows a number of other partner appointments at Dentons, including corporate partner Caroline Snow, recovery and restructuring partner Claire Petersen, banking and finance partner and head of office Craig Chapman, and real estate partner Cara Richardson.
