Firm: Corrs Chambers Westgarth (Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd)
Value: $900 million
Area: M&A
Key players: The Corrs team was led by head of corporate Sandy Mak and partners Robert Franklyn and Adam Foreman.
Deal significance: Announced in December, the $900 million deal was officially completed last week – and the firm said that it’s an important investment in the natural gas market for HPPL.
