The first ever Lawyers Weekly Corporate Counsel Awards will highlight the nation’s top in-house legal professionals across a variety of industries.

The event will be held on Friday 17 February, 2017 at The Westin Sydney, and will showcase the individual and group achievements of Australian corporate counsel.

Lawyers On Demand has come on board as the principal partner for the 2017 and 2018 events.

“Lawyers On Demand is delighted to begin this ongoing partnership with Lawyers Weekly,” said Sandra Gibson, managing director of LOD Australia.

“Over the years we have witnessed the developments, innovation and achievements within the in-house community. We are proud to sponsor an initiative that acknowledges and rewards these teams.

“These awards recognise not only technical legal achievements but the intangible attributes of successful in-house counsel. We are excited to be a part of something which truly recognises their overall contribution.”
