Finalists revealed for 2023 Corporate Counsel Awards
Over 160 finalists have qualified for the seventh annual Corporate Counsel Awards, hosted by Lawyers Weekly.

Run in partnership with LOD, the awards night will recognise the top-performing in-house legal professionals at a national level.
A total of 161 finalists have been chosen out of 183 submissions this year to battle it out for 18 individual and 15 group awards.

Individual categories include Academia, Training and Education Lawyer of the Year; Defence, Security and/or Cyber Lawyer of the Year; and Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Lawyer of the Year.
Group categories include Construction and Real Estate Team of the Year; Infrastructure, Utilities and Energy Team of the Year; and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Team of the Year.
At the end of the evening, the highest-scoring individual winner will be the recipient of the prestigious Excellence Award.
The Corporate Counsel Awards program sets the benchmark for excellence around Australia for in-house counsel and provides recognition of those influencing the profession and propelling the industry forward.
The 2023 black-tie gala ceremony will gather leaders to celebrate the achievements and excellence of the industry’s most successful in-house counsel while providing them with an opportunity to network with their peers.
