Julie McStay has joined Brisbane boutique Hynes Lawyers as a partner to head up its health, aged care and disability services team.

 
 

McStay specialises in providing corporate and commercial advice to public, private and not-for-profit health care providers.

Her experience includes advising on negotiated mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, asset redevelopment, regulatory compliance and operational matters.

She also has extensive experience developing and implementing training programs for clients. These range from an educational program to all staff of a national aged care provider on the mandatory reporting of abuse requirements, to programs for individual board members of small not-for profit organisations on corporate governance issues.
