DibbsBarker has appointed Fay Calderone (pictured) as a partner in their Sydney office.

Ms Calderone has experience acting for clients ranging from SMEs to large employers in diverse industries such as manufacturing, insurance, finance, professional services and entertainment.

She advises on legal issues affecting the workplace including compliance, performance management, workplace health and safety, discrimination, bullying and harassment, workplace change, risk management and disciplinary matters.

She has represented employers in proceedings before State and Federal courts and industrial tribunals, recently acting for an international manufacturer in Federal Court proceedings to enforce confidentiality and intellectual property provisions.

DibbsBarker recently snapped up a special counsel from Ashurst and a planning lawyer from DLA Piper.

In June, former Clayton Utz banking and finance partner Brad Allen joined DibbsBarker’s Sydney office.
