Queensland-based Creevey Horrell Lawyers is continuing to expand its regional footprint, welcoming a new lawyer to its Roma office in the Maranoa region.
David Bambling (pictured) has joined Creevey Horrell Lawyers as a lawyer in the firm’s Roma office, strengthening its presence in the Maranoa region of south-west Queensland.
Before joining the Queensland-based firm, Bambling built his legal experience across Brisbane and Ipswich, including roles with BigLaw firm Barry Nilsson and, most recently, as a solicitor at Peter Chappel Solicitors.
The appointment comes after the firm promoted one of its solicitors within its wills and estates team to associate last week.
Creevey Horrell principal Dan Creevey said the expansion reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to ensuring regional communities have access to practical, strategic legal expertise close to home.
“With an established office in Roma, Creevey Horrell is proud to support the local community with practical, strategic legal advice backed by the experience of a full-service regional law firm,” Creevey said.
Bambling will be supported by Chase Cavanagh, an administrator at the Roma office with deep-rooted connections to the region, as the pair work together to support clients across the local community.
As the firm deepens its regional footprint, Creevey said it would regularly send senior lawyers into rural communities, reinforcing its commitment to providing accessible, specialist legal support grounded in an understanding of regional life.
“We will also have senior lawyers and legal specialists from Brisbane and Toowoomba regularly visiting Roma and other regional communities to provide expert advice and practical solutions,” Creevey said.
“At Creevey Horrell, we want to be a key part of the communities that we serve. We fully understand the realities of life in the regions, whether it’s running an agribusiness, managing water rights, or planning your legacy.”
Speaking about his new role, Bambling said he was excited to immerse himself in the Roma and wider Maranoa community, with a focus on building lasting relationships and making a meaningful contribution across the region.
