In 2021, it appears that the episodes that received the most downloads among the boutique legal audience were those that explored what constitutes best practice for a thriving SME law firm amidst a turbulent and uncertain marketplace.

The needs of legal businesses are evolving in the ongoing age of coronavirus, and therefore the demands of the practitioners who run them are shifting in tandem. In the face of such change, it is incumbent upon boutique lawyers, both existing and emerging leaders, to deduce what constitutes best practice and what practical steps they can and should take in order to succeed.

Speaking about the year that was on The Boutique Lawyer Show, host Jerome Doraisamy, who is the deputy editor of Lawyers Weekly, said that it has been thrilling to host so many extraordinary guests in 2021.
